  • Custom Items: Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted rocking horses and other custom products, these items are generally non-refundable (all sales final) unless there are defects in materials or workmanship. We provide detailed photos and descriptions before purchase and encourage you to reach out with any questions.

  • Ready-Made Items: For non-customized items, returns can be made within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original condition. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
